Atheric.

not learned, used.

software should not be learned. it should be used.

no manual, no tour, no onboarding curve. if a control needs explaining, the control is wrong — intent should map directly to action, the first time.

— thesis № 02 / iii

weightless software.

software is not the meaning. it is the bridge.

an interface exists to carry you from wanting to done, without announcing itself along the way. what you should remember afterwards is the work — not the software that carried it.

— thesis № 03 / iii

built in the right order.

structure before ornament.

the system is designed first — what it must say and do, in what order. nothing is decorated after: ornament cannot repair a wrong structure, only hide it.

— the author

atheric is authored by one person.

the practice combines mathematics, software and design into systems that reduce friction between a person and their intent. every product is built from first principles; every interaction must justify interrupting a human.

this is the first work.
