This is a static brochure site. We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking, and the site sets no cookies of its own. The data described below is the minimum the open web touches when a page is served.
Who is responsible
The controller is YDT Holdings Oy (Y-tunnus 3608568-3), reachable at contact@atheric.eu.
Hosting & server logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver pages and keep the service secure, our hosting provider processes standard technical data on our behalf — such as your IP address, browser user-agent, and request timestamps. This is processed as a service provider (processor) for us; legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Web fonts
The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). When your browser requests them, your IP address is transmitted to Google, which may process it outside the EU under appropriate safeguards. Legal basis: legitimate interest in consistent typography (Art. 6(1)(f)). We are evaluating self-hosting these fonts to remove this transfer.
If you email us
If you write to contact@atheric.eu, we process your message and contact details solely to read and reply, and to keep necessary records. Legal basis: legitimate interest and/or steps taken at your request prior to any engagement (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We keep correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data, and may restrict or object to its processing or ask for portability. To exercise any of these, email contact@atheric.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
